I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in San Francisco and the Bay Area who works with individuals using Integrative Individual Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Couples using Couples Therapy, Relational Therapy and Marriage Counseling who would like to feel more, communicate easier, and connect more with others.
Some of my specialties include working with attachment issues, complex trauma, limerence, relationship issues, sexual abuse recovery, accountability for perpetrators of sexual abuse, psychedelic assisted therapy integration, and helping people with the transition at the end-of-life. Bianca Aarons is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the San Francisco Bay area and in California. She also holds a license in Colorado as well. Integrative Psychotherapy is Bianca’s private practice name. It refers to the style of therapy that Bianca practices, which is a compilation of several different holistic and root-based methods of evaluating and healing, including relational therapy, psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, Jungian analysis, psychoanalysis, somatic therapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. Integrative Psychotherapy is intended for healing in individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy settings. Bianca started Integrative Psychotherapy in San Francisco after graduating in 2014 and continues to serve the people of the San Francisco Bay Area and California with remote therapy and some in-person sessions. She has been a practicing San Francisco psychotherapist and Bay Area therapist for over 10 years.

Meeting in person is wonderful, although getting to a therapy office every week can be taxing. Many people find that they can save time by scheduling therapy between their meetings instead of coming to an office before or after work. Bianca offers a hybrid remote and in person model of therapy in San Francisco, the Bay Area, and California.
