Within the bizarre conditions of the stay at home order and of the pandemic, couples have had to adjust their lifestyles together to make their romances work. Many couples who were not yet living together may now be living together for the first time ever. Many couples who have children are having to negotiate who takes over the workload of home schooling the children while often times both parents are trying to work from home, without help.

Unfortunately,  couples who have already been experiencing hardship and tumultuous dynamics may be together all of the time now without many resources. Other couples are banding together and strengthening their bond to survive the isolation and the extenuating circumstances of these stressful times.

Now is a time to reflect, to survive, and even to grow within your relationship. Now is a time to notice that you have a partner during a global crisis, and this bond can always be strengthened, nurtured, and grown. Now can even be a time to connect on intimacy, attachment, and eroticism.
